      Pros

      Great support from head office, a lot of training and technology available to remote workers

      Cons

      MarketSource only cares about their employees who work in their Alpharetta and Jacksonville offices. They view their remote staff, {who make up the majority of their workforce} as expendable. There is no recognition for loyalty, performance, or tenure when you are not a "shareholder" or based in one of the offices.

      - Lots of downtime - Not strict about what you do/wear - The work is simple most of the time - Managers and HR are great

      Pros

      Flexible work environment with remote or hybrid.

      Cons

      Company executives took a trip to Cancun and announced mass layoffs across the entire company the day they returned. Company is poorly managed, leadership does not keep up with shifts in the economic landscape.
