Pros

If you can live off just the hourly pay, it’s easy work.

Cons

Company severely lacks leadership, honesty, communication, and structure. I worked as a seasonal insurance agent during AEP (our main money making time of the year)... the company is very messy. I was hired for sales then place in customer service the entire time. Very deceiving bonus structure. I’d be told I’ll get $X for monthly bonus then it was significantly less E V E R Y T I M E! Upper management would give reasons why bonus pay was what it was but could never back up their reason. ***I still have not received my sales commission from Oct-Jan.*** Received $34.34, $153, and $97.50 for performance (not sales) when I was told it would be between $350-650 each time. Just so many lies and deceiving their employees.

- Lots of downtime - Not strict about what you do/wear - The work is simple most of the time - Managers and HR are great

Pros

Flexible work environment with remote or hybrid.

Cons

Company executives took a trip to Cancun and announced mass layoffs across the entire company the day they returned. Company is poorly managed, leadership does not keep up with shifts in the economic landscape.
