      People are amazing, relationships can grow deep, a good job to grow and learn, leadership have good intentions, and you tend to be on the forefront of the latest attempts of change the industry you are working in.

      Cons

      Changing management as of late, long term vision and direction seems to be unclear, moving up can be difficult and dependent on contract negotiations.

      - Lots of downtime - Not strict about what you do/wear - The work is simple most of the time - Managers and HR are great
