Very, very silo-ed organization. So many executives and a lack of cross team collaboration or communication. This is especially true between corporate office and business units like hospital campuses and clinics/retail sites.
Patients do not fit into one service line and there is not even a service line for each category of business. It’s a feasible framework, but not flexible/adaptable.
I end up having to do work of some kind on every vacation, and usually most weekends. Wish I could say a good work product yielded positive recognition, but that depends on many factors. You can be very valued and stuck.
