Thank you for sharing your feedback. While layoffs aren't nearly as frequent as you have mentioned, we appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns. As a non-profit ministry following the path of the Sisters of Mercy, we strive to create equal opportunities for all co-workers and remain competitive with our bonus structure and benefit packages. After doing an extensive evaluation of our packages in comparison to other employers in the area, as well as our industry, we find that our bonus structure and benefits are fair. If you would like to discuss your benefits package or our bonus structure further, please email mercyrecruitmentfeed@mercy.net. Again, thank you for taking the time to write a review!

Pros

Good base rate: starts at 30 with 10k sign on bonus Weekend program gets an extra 9.50 an hr Diffs are Evenings: 2. Nights: 4. Weekends: 1.5

Cons

Very short staffed They mark everyone as “average” on performance reviews so they only have to give you a 3% raise Last year due to “budget cuts” they only gave every person a 2.5% raise even those 1/3 of our staff had quit. We have like half of the staffing we used to have If you spend the night during a snow storm you don’t get anything for it
