Pros

good basic fundamental training at first, then you are required to figure out the business yourself or team up with a experienced rep. if you can get one that will work wth you. you have the freedom to create your own schedule but you need to work a large amount of hours ( 6 days a week @10-12 hrs a day) just to get a good start

Cons

endless hours on the phone trying to convince people to meet with you, you are taught to do what is in the best interest of the client, but sales goals are expected to be achieved which does lead to selling product just to reach $ goals for that week, even though it might not be the best fit. weelkly expenses for working for Met- $300 a week for your desk( in a cube), administration, and copier privleges. large monthly fuel bills from travel, commisions are put into a pay pot and your check is 10% of the total accumulated amount.
