Lack of training and support - Financial Services Representative MetLife Employee Review

It is nearly impossible to get business done due to cutbacks and downsizing of administrative staff. They are overworked and underpaid. Agents are not giving decent field training when they are new, management is incompetent at best, and self absorbed. Much attrition on a monthly basis.
