9yThanks for your feedback, it's incredibly important to us and we definitely want to hear your experience of the culture and processes. We did the employee engagement survey several months ago and spent a lot of time at all levels of management reading through the scores and comments--there was a lot of great feedback and we take it seriously. That is really meant to be only a start and I would encourage you to speak openly to your manager or other leaders about any feedback you have.
