Pros
Best people I've ever worked with. Management within Customer Success genuinely cares for the team. Lots of opportunities for professional development and they give you the option to explore other paths/geographies in the company if you want.
Cons
Work/life balance can be a struggle at times. Worried we're losing MuleSoft culture to Salesforce, but to be fair, Salesforce has a great culture as well.
