working at the corporate offices in Dallas, TX can be a little stuffy. luckily, the studio environment is a creative and fun realm where you can get your work done efficiently and still have a creative outlet with a relaxed, fun vibe
Cons
the company overall is not concerned with their employees as should be necessary with a huge multi million dollar retail company like this. they are quick to lay off an entire team of people and add more responsibility to the ones already there and then a year later add the same jobs again so they can have the benefits of new people and not have to increase pay for the old employees
