      Middle management and employees are great It's a paycheck Decent medical/dental insurance

      Executive leadership lacks vision and strategy, they are very out of touch with their employees Lack of transparency Chaotic/uncertain Annual Layoffs Lack of diversity in VP+ roles Lack of decisions and accountability from most sr leadership

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
