Pros
When I started the work environment was good, with a nice office, gym and active company sports and social clubs. The company clearly values their employees, with regular opportunities to feedback and communicate to management at all levels (the CEO will even respond to direct emails).
Cons
Because of the size of the company it can be difficult to get things done, with everyone getting tied down with bureaucracy, which will frustrate most. Constant pressure to deliver planned products doesn't leave any time to innovate, or try anything new, unless it's mandated from on high. Lost a lot of technical expertise with recent mass redundancies, and I'm not sure how well they'll cope afterwards.
