Pros
Work from home facility,worked in Nokia for 7years, so found it a good advantage. Good onsite opportunities available . Learning is more of an individual task rather than company's liability ,so depends more upon you.
Cons
Poor management in GDC India. If you are joining in Care i.e. technical support, be prepared to have a bad work life balance, on job trainings are not given importance now. Over the past 8 years, company's overall employee satisfaction has degraded. Yearly hikes are poor. Internal movements not welcomed by current managers, so your growth will surely get hampered.
