      - competitive compensation - challenging work - travel opportunities

      Cons

      - one too many reorganizations and architecture redesign/overhaul - an excessive amount of products and milestones to develop and maintain - lots of processes, bureaucracies, silos (large org structure that tries to be agile)

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
