-Good work/life balance -Good for starting your career - Global environment -Very good HR system
Cons
-Lowest salary among all companies in the same domain -Salary increase is almost zero -No possibility for evolution , in a sense that you can't move up , if you are hired for position X , so hard to change or move up . After one or year , you will kill your career if you stay -Sadly lots of young smart people leave due to the previous reasons
