Huge hidden discrimination in salaries Overtime hours 'explained' - not paid for Some organizational units totally perversed and bully their employees Constant 'management with fear' culture 'Travel request' is a curse word nowadays Tweaked games in HR when it comes to employee policies - they always have some 'explanation' to a suspected mistreatment or grievance Investments to employees ZERO - no team-building events, no salary increases (budgets nearly zero) They make employees race against others in terms of performance - back at the years they even made a global rule that a 5% share of employees had to be dropped below the 'performance line' regardless how well all the team members performed All in all - people management, processes and policies suck the BIG Time!
