I have worked in many companies but Nokia Gurgaon is one of the worst. There are people here who have spent their lives here and think that they are the best and doing at par with the industry which is actually a bubble. Manually merging the code is the worst approach.. don't know in which era are they.. requirements are never clear.. rework is required again and again.. legacy technologies.. worst culture where only tight schedules are their.. agile is just for the name sake.. I don't think they even know the meaning of agile.. stories are of 40-50 sp which they don't even bother to break and make requirements clear.. after such a pathetic process they expect u to deliver everything on time when requirements are not even clear to po himself.. and extending weekend or working till 3AM is a normal thing here.. please don't come here and have a black spot on your career..
