      The only pros are the people, healthcare & training

      Cons

      Long hours, micro-managed, low pay scale for 50+ hours, 3-5 weekly meetings that drone on, C-Suite executives only cares about profit!

      Great management team that genuinely wants you to succeed Solid training and support for new hires Lots of potential to advance within the company Lucrative pay structure once you build your customer base Strong brand name and trusted reputation

      Cons

      Leads can be slow at times, especially in certain seasons Long hours can be required to meet goals Some days are more unpredictable depending on the workload
