      A paycheck. Depending on who you work with, you might learn something from them. The service vehicles are decent.

      Cons

      It's a corporate monster that will bleed you dry for every ounce of profit sucking the life out of you and everyone around you while you slave away to make the Rollins family and other major shareholders richer.

      Company provided vehicle and phone. Support from management and encouragement to grow. Commission is solid, employee stock program, and commission from misc. sales.

      Cons

      Work life balance is tough depending on your route and how far from home the area you cover is. If you have long drives, it can take a toll on your back.
