Pros
The lower level people I was working with were great. They have free beer on Thursdays. Work life balance is great the place is empty at 5 pm.
Cons
If you are related to management then you can get ahead here. Whether you want an internship or a high level management position, being related to someone higher up means you get promoted or favored. I have never seen such bad sexism as I did at this company. If you are a mans man this is the right company for you. What is it the 1920s? Also the pay is SO low for industry standards and dont expect a raise. I got cost of living raises every single time even when my manager praised my work. Would not wish this environment on my worst female enemy.
