Good pay and career development.

Loads of egos, typical corporate culture, no flexibility in terms of hours ie arriving later leaving later to do a hobby in the morning before work, it’s be there at 7:30am on the dot or you’ll get an array email from top management. My manager at the time told really crude mostly sexist and sexual jokes, a really gross man. No windows in the office, bells for lunch time, honestly feels like a prison. Unless you care about money and racing up the career ladder, avoid this place. Within my first couple of weeks I know it wasn’t for me and I wanted to hand my notice in.
