      Pros

      Benefits. Only this. And they are going up $$ and giving you less than before

      Cons

      Low wages, Overtime everyday (specially if you're a good employee) Low raises .15 cents tops even when they have record months. Fake reviews. Management plays favorites. Hostile work Environments, Harassment and abuse by management. Sham work place. Take your free cookie and shut up.

      Pros

      relaxed work schedule; relaxed office atmosphere. Excellent professional mentors available if sought out. Engineering team is viewed as "holier than thou" compared to other teams.

      Cons

      HR does not take employee concerns seriously; my complaints were not addressed by the legal team for more than 8 months. The particular site I was at seemed to be lagging in both professionalism and communication between managment groups when compared to other Pall sites.
