Pros
Great company structure & culture, great benefits, decent people & co-workers, the ability to work remotely and relatively easy work are the "pros" in my opinion.
Cons
The "cons" of working at Pall: not enough employees in the dept which leads to heavier workloads for the individuals in the dept and the management shows little concern. Managers & supervisors seem to lack good managerial & supervisory skills.
