Great group of tenured, genuine people. So much subject matter expertise and a very good learning environment.

Difficult location to find talent

relaxed work schedule; relaxed office atmosphere. Excellent professional mentors available if sought out. Engineering team is viewed as "holier than thou" compared to other teams.

HR does not take employee concerns seriously; my complaints were not addressed by the legal team for more than 8 months. The particular site I was at seemed to be lagging in both professionalism and communication between managment groups when compared to other Pall sites.
