      People are great, location is ideal for people on LI. Work is interesting & satisfying.

      Compensation is below average, good to gain experience. Company reorganizations every couple of years.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
