      Pros

      Dynamic and challenging culture. Free breakfasts, a lot of corporate events, fun environment. Multicultural and young teams. Ability to work with cross-functional teams from all over the world.

      Cons

      Frequent re-organizations. Lack of communication from top management. Slow career advancement. High performers not always get into the spotlight, instead good self-marketers do regardless of their performance.

      Pros

      Great company! My managers and directors care about who I am as a person. They want you to succeed and be efficient at the role so you have the tools and support to foster that growth.

      Cons

      Big company energy. Can be draining month after month. Sales as a whole can be tiring but it’s very rewarding when you get lucky, put in the hard work and hustle!

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
