      Cons

      Review process is terrible. Contributes to back-stabbing. For every person the manager promotes, he has to ding someone. Lots of nepotism. Boys' club in certain parts of the company.

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
