Pros
Paypal has a system that provides good knowledge transfer through training and tech talks. Sabbatical is earned after several years service.
Cons
There is an extremely high turnover rate in the company. Make sure you know this before you accept a position. The codebase is atrocious, though there are efforts to modernize and improve it.
