      Every position I was in, they gave thorough and meaningful training.

      Treat you more like a number and will move you where ever they see fit only accounting for the best interest of the company.

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
