      Leader in benefit sales and service. Great senior managment. National leader in 401K Benefits and compensation package are excellent.Culture and work envirment is very good and Principal is a fun place to work and grow.

      Bad contact center environment. Back to back calls every day. They only discuss call times and never what leads to the numbers.
