Pros
If your a full time on site manager you get a apartment and utilities are paid. You run the property by your self, the boss is only there a couple times a month, so you don't have someone looking over your shoulders all the time. You can work at your own pace. We can make a quarterly bonus, based on performance from the previous year, you have to do better. But they take all properties in the district and average them together, I don't think that is right. I believe each property should get a bonus based on their performance.
Cons
The pay, since they consider the apartment and utilities part of your salary, they don't give raises very often. and when they do it's only a few cents. I haven't had a raise in 4 years. They don't promote property manager to District Managers. So there's no job advancement.
