Out of touch with reality - Quality Assurance Regeneron Employee Review

Treated like a second class citizen if you are a contractor compared to a FTE(Full time employee). Senior leadership is out of touch with the reality of how the business runs and is more concerned with stuff that has nothing to do with day to day business and more with coddling the largely millennial workforce. Instead of talking to people directly, employees would rather run back to their desk and send an email to get people in trouble. Its created a hostile work environment but the FTEs are not held accountable. Everyone is so pampered that come to expect the same level of service outside of work. I see FTEs treating people like crap in stores because at Regeneron they are handed everything
