      Can't think of any, paycheque is every two weeks

      Cons

      work is usually by yourself, lots of system problems, lots of client complaints, pressure to sell sell sell even though there is a sales team. promise of quarterly bonus is never attainable, no team work, poor morale across all levels of employees
