Pros

-Awesome perks! Discounted hotel rooms, and food spa etc when staying at Marriott's. -Employees great each other often which is nice. -Beautiful properties -Free food

Cons

-Management is prioritized on reducing costs and nothing else. -Wages were extremely low for most departments.... Naturalist attendant's were making minimum wage yet expected to never use the work "no" -unrealistic expectations - Management could be extremely hostile -HR and the managers all talk so when I made a complaint my manager immediately heard about it and began treating me differently. -Often times certain people will be laid off and the work will fall on someone else therefor eliminating the need to pay for a second employee and it will stay that way without adjustment for pay, status, or perks... This happened multiple times in my two years in the company including to myself. Mgt expected employees to do illegal thing like use other peoples computer log in because the system was not easy to add more people to. -Mgt asked you to do things outside of your job description ( ie your bosses job) and would eventually make it your job. -There was not a fair distribution for tips -At employee meetings ( there were 2 in my 2 years with the company) It was made clear that employees were not supposed to talk during and I was asked not to bring up negative things about our department.
