Pros

-Strong company reputation, other high end brands eager to work with you. -F&B outlets always compete with market leaders. -For such a big company they take relatively good care of employees.

Cons

-Low salary, long work hours. -Massive amount of corporate regulations sometimes make taking care of simple things a big hassle. -RC doesnt own hotels, they only manage them. As such owners have a huge impact on how the hotel operates.
