Pros
Corporate theory of what should be is awesome.the level of service is great but that dedication should move towards line employees as well.
Cons
Reality is not corporate theory. There are obvious bias which should be noticed. There should never be an internal email asking you to refrain from commenting on racism regarding guests or employees.
