Great pay snd benefits package. Beautiful place to work in Lake Tahoe. Great hotel discounts.
Cons
Lack of skilled and experienced leadership. High turnover for management. Non experienced foreign students rotating every 3 months which can be frustrating due to language barrier. The hotel guests are usually not happy with services from under qualified staff.
