WW market leader with powerful product development/management, bringing new services at a fast pace. Close relationships with a wide alliances & partners network. Smart top NA execs.
Cons
Very arrogant culture. Europe and Asia managed the same way as NA, despite very small fingerprint. Too much pressure on sales, CRM must be updated in real time. Absolutely no possibility for customers to discuss contracts and processes.
