Business Outlook
Pros
Sales team is treated very great. They bring in the money, so are obviously the favorites. Corporate card with lots of freedom to spend. Yearly incentive trip is easy to reach and almost everyone ends up going. Commission goals are extremely easy to reach and makes it a great job to make lots of money.
Cons
Very young sales team overall. Lots of hiring of family members all over the company, and did see a bit of favoritism by management in hiring and treatment of both family and friends.
