Pros
The salaries are not too bad although lower than similar type companies or companies around the area. Great products, much better than the rest, many great employees, highly skilled and very dedicated to what they do.
Cons
Good old boys club, very top heavy, poor leadership in many areas. A lot of dead weight, coddling the poor performers with little value to offer.
