Pros
Decent pay, good training, looks good on a resume.
Cons
Very micromanaged. Truly a sales model where some territories can't help but sell and others are so awful they are lucky to get to 50% of their number. Not a lot of room for advancement and even if you do, most people leave after a year or so.
