Pros
Work-life balance is incredible here. A lot of people have families and everyone works very reasonable hours. There is no dress code. Many people work from home at least one day a week. Good benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k)
Cons
The salaries are generally lower than some of the more prestigious tech companies in the area. Much of the software is older and written in languages like ASP Classic. A lot of testing is still manual.
