Pros
Fast paced, innovative, value driven company. The executives really believe in the company and in building a company based on core values and not just for the sake of making money.
Cons
Concur is expanding rapidly. Which results in the need to change everything - infrastructure, methods, processes. Lots of change but the executives are going about it in the right way. If you value being at the forefront of new innovations this is the place to be. If you want to sit quietly and hate change then I could see this being the wrong environment for you.
