Pros
Great R & D , excellent solution very robust, excellent support of clients, overall good work-life balance. Upper Management is very friendly and approachable. No whip cracking, you are giving plenty of time to succeed or fail, many reps have closed no busness after 6mo's -1 year on ther job and are still around.
Cons
Pay is less than similar type jobs - pricing is way higher than competition. Promotions are based on who you know and not performance based.
