Pros
I've been working at Concur a little over a year now and I will say that they definitely are a great company to work for. There are many career advancement opportunities and they take pride on internal promotion first.
Cons
It can be kind of "clique-ish" it's all in who you know sometimes. But that's with most work places. They are taking better efforts at employee recognition.
