Since its acquisition by SAP, there are opportunities to take on new challenges and opportunities within the company.
Cons
Management is a disorganised fraternity which does not convey its strategies to anyone, anywhere, perhaps because it doesn't really have any. In the absence of tangible strategies or project objectives, employees are almost encouraged to coast.
