Pros
Great culture. Good fun. Allowed to flourish as a person and opinions are respected and listened to. Product is a market leader and company strategy is bang on. They hire like-minded individuals and there is an open door policy to Senior people within the business, in fact they encourage it which is refreshing. Sales environment is not high pressured resulting in highly successful sales teams
Cons
Marketing could be improved to cater for niche/different markets. Legal resources are stretched. Need investment in implementation resource heads to cater for exponential sales growth that is occurring.
