Pros
Continually trying to develop software "the right way" - valuing quality over short-term hacks. Staff have annual training budgets to manage themselves and are encouraged to innovate. Importance placed on work/life balance. Purchase by SAP has done little to change culture, but has boosted sales hugely
Cons
Still have to maintain legacy software as we move towards a bright new future. Change is constant, which can sometimes lead to pain, but is generally for the right reasons.
