-#1 product in Expense and Travel Management. If an organisation needs to manage expenses better, they look at Concur - Good sales team culture, a lot of team players in the field - Better SAP benefits
Cons
- Pervasive 'No' culture. - Sales territories getting smaller, a lot of discontent behind closed doors! - Small deals which get handed off quickly to different teams (!!) - Low product innovation - product roadmaps are uninspiring compared to others in SaaS & US centric. - Never scaled processes to manage 4000 employees. Slow on payments, sales collateral, collaboration
