Pros
Great opportunity to build a career and make good money. Coworkers are incredibly helpful and are probably more key to your success than your managers ever will be. Lots of tools to do your job well and once you're producing there's a higher level of autonomy as an individual producer.
Cons
Very poor communication between mid and low level managers. Simple product with an over thought out sales process. Really easy for some reps to poach accounts. Way too many mandatory meetings that could have been handled in an email. Too many emails that have little if any valuable information.
